Cllr Victoria Brocklebank-Fowler
Victoria is a councillor for Town Ward in Fulham, and became Group Leader of H&F Conservatives last year. She is the Conservative Group spokesman for the Environment & Residents' Services. Victoria is the mother of three young adults and is a proud Westie owner. She has lived in Fulham for 30 years and was a Councillor and Cabinet Member during the Conservative Administration of the Council 2006-14. During that time she played an active role in parking, transport, planning, licensing and education. She is a member of the Fulham Society and her hobbies include walking and deep sea fishing.
Cllr Andrew Dinsmore
Andrew is a young local resident who is passionate to make the area safer, cleaner, greener and fairer. He is a keen rugby fan and a life-long golfer. He lives in the area with his fiancée and their cavapoo. He is a commercial barrister and spent his career representing others. He would love the opportunity to put these skills to work representing the people of the outstanding Fulham Town Ward on the Council.
Our Goals
• Reverse the hike in parking charges. Since Labour took control of the Council, they have doubled car parking charges in all our zones – hitting small businesses and local people when they’ve needed our support the most.
• Re-instate the Parks Police and support local policing. Labour has cut local police just when burglaries, knife crime and anti-social behaviour have soared.
• Open Hammersmith Bridge for all traffic. Labour failed to maintain the upkeep of Hammersmith Bridge forcing it to close for the last three years – they have been too slow, despite Government help, to fix it. The funding is there – we will re-open it.
• Fix our run-down housing stock. LBHF Council housing has been judged one of the worst in the country for damp, mould and failed repairs – meaning families have been forced to live in unacceptable conditions.
• Consult properly with residents to sort out Fulham’s traffic. Labour imposed traffic measures without consulting residents resulting in standstill traffic, idling engines, and dirtier air.
